Park in the “preferred” parking spots for drop-off/pick-up and walk into the waiting room.

Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code by the front desk for check-in.
Wash Childs Hands
Please help your child wash their hands in the hallway bathroom.
Complete the Daily Assessment
The office will be notified you are here, and your child’s therapist will come to meet you.
