Monkey, Gorilla, and Orangutan Groups

A pre-preschool alternative or addition to an early preschool class provides a supportive environment for a child’s first time away from parents in a structured program.

• Providing a supportive environment for a child's first time away from parents in a structured program

• Successful transitioning to other programs or participation in community groups (e.g., library storytime)

• Opportunities to socialize and use language with other kids

• Working towards specific communication goals

• Implementation of individualized supports (such as including sensory, visual, and modification of activities)

• Encouraging carryover of activities at home and providing educational materials for families

• Facilitated by:  Speech/Language Pathologist(s) and Developmental Therapist(s)

Summer 2023

Dates: 6/12 - 8/4

• Monkey Group: Ages 2-3 Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:30

• Gorilla Group: Ages 3-6 Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00 - 11:30

• Orangutan Group: Ages 7-9 Thursdays 11:30 - 12:30

Cost:

• Gorilla/Monkey Group: $800 early bird (due by 5/22/23); $1000 full tuition by 6/9/23

• Orangutan Group: $200 Early Bird (due by 5/22); $300 Full Price (due by 6/9/23)

This program is valued at $1200 (sessions are not billed to insurance) 

Must be paid in full and registered by the start date of class to join. 

Groups will be determined based on ages and number of participants registered.
