Thank you for visiting www.pediatricinteractions.com (“Website”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms of Use, governs your use of the Website that is owned by Pediatric Interactions, Inc. The Website is used by the public, customers, and patients.

Pediatric Interactions, Inc. (“Pediatric Interactions”, “we”) reserves the right to update this Policy. Your continued use of the Website after we have posted the revised Policy constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Policy.

What information does the Website obtain?

This Website is currently hosted on servers located in the United States, although we reserve the right to relocate this Website to other servers elsewhere in the world. In addition, we may transfer your information to our service providers and others located in the United States or another country for the purposes described in this Policy. Different countries have different privacy laws and requirements, and some provide less legal protection for your information than others. What are my opt-out rights?

Children

We do not use the Website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at office@PediatricInteractions.com.  We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OR LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).
