Parking
at the Clinic
Park in the “preferred” parking spots for drop-off/pick-up and walk into the waiting room.
Scan the
QR Code
Use the camera on your phone to scan the QR code by the front desk for check-in.
Wash Childs Hands
Please help your child wash their hands in the hallway bathroom.
Late Pick-UP Fee
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Our policy is a $10.00 will be assessed if you are up to 10 minutes late. An additional $2.00 will be charged for every minute thereafter until your child is picked up.
