Patient Care Coordinator
Laura is our Patient Care Coordinator who came to us with over 20 years of customer service experience and prides herself on the personal relationships she creates with each and every patient she encounters. This and her previous experience working in a medical office, allows her to help families get information about our services, navigate starting services and ultimately get their child the help they need. She truly cares about their successful path to well-being.
Laura is a very social, friendly, funny, and outgoing addition to our team. She is currently following a spiritual journey and fully believes that life contains so many more opportunities and possibilities than we are aware of. She proclaims a hippy zen namaste lifestyle and is active in energy healing, yoga, meditation, and self-care. Using nature to recharge and regroup her energy, she can often be found taking walks through the woods and meditating on the beachfront of Lake Michigan. Nature photography is a beloved hobby and she even affectionately named her resident Sandhill Cranes Chuck and Wendy.
A busy Mom to two teenagers, her husband, and five little fluffy pups she calls Round Lake her home. However, she was born and raised in Chicago and feels a strong heart connection every time she drives back into the city.
