Create your “Yoga Space”
Find a quiet space
Use a yoga mat or towel to help define the space
Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing
Support your child when needed, but encourage them to try and don’t focus on the perfection of the pose, "It's not about being good at something. It's about being good to yourself." (Anonymous)
